RIM Accused of Infringing on Six Patents - brownefolisn

Enquiry In Motion has been accused of infringing six patents owned by NXP in a lawsuit filed in a U.S. authorities court in Everglade State.

The lawsuit by NXP, a wholly-owned adjuvant of Dutch party NXP Semiconductors, which was spun off from Philips in 2006, is the latest in a upsurge of patent suits by technology companies, and comes at a time when the God Almighty of the BlackBerry smartphones and PlayBook pill is struggling connected the business advance.
