Windows 10's new Mail and Calendar icons now rolling out to the public

Last week Microsoft unveiled a new design management for the icons of many of its inbox apps, and today the offset ready has started arriving to the public. The Mail and Agenda icons are at present rolling out to public release builds of Windows 10. Previously, they were available but to Windows Insiders in the Fast and Release Preview rings.

We've seen these new icons gyre out on Windows 10 version 1909, otherwise known equally the November 2022 Update. The icons are more colorful than their predecessors, mimicking the design language seen in the rest of the new icons Microsoft has on deck. Information technology's unclear when we tin await the other icons to roll out, but Insiders on the Fast and Release Preview rings accept the first crack at them.

The new artful comes as Microsoft continues to shift forwards with its Fluent Pattern linguistic communication. This is on full display with Windows 10X, which will launch on Microsoft's upcoming Surface Neo dual-screen PC afterwards this year.

Microsoft has announced that afterward this year, users will exist required to connect to the net and sign-in with a Microsoft Account during the out of box setup experience on Windows 11 Pro. Microsoft has already been enforcing this requirement on Windows eleven Home since launch last Oct, and Windows 11 Pro is now expected to follow suit soon.
